Cooking Directions: Mix Outdoor Flavour beer batter with your favourite 46 North beer or sparkling water until you reach a thin Pancake batter consistency (about 1 cup to 1 cup ratio) then dip your filets into the liquid batter and place in 350°F frying oil. The suggested internal food temperature is 160°F, then remove and enjoy.
